Beaker, Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on
Beaker.com. Beaker, Inc. collects
personally identifiable information from our users at several different points
on our Web site.
Surveys
or Contests

time-to-time, we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or
surveys on our site. If you participate, we will request certain
personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys or
contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not

Through Beaker.com, Registered User Profile information may be disclosed to
companies or recruiters without the Member’s consent. In situations where the Member leaves the
Beaker web site to apply for a position through a third party site (such as the
employers own web site), Beaker, Inc. is not responsible for the use of any
personal information disclosed to such third party site.
We attempt to limit access to our searchable
profile database (or copies thereof) only to paying employers, recruiters, hiring
managers, headhunters, and human resource professionals, as well as law
enforcement and national security agencies, but cannot guarantee that other
parties will not gain access to this database. We are not responsible for the
use made of profiles by third parties who access such profiles while they are
in our searchable database.
Communications from the Site
Newsletters
If you wish to subscribe to our
newsletter(s), we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter
to you. Out of respect for your privacy, we provide you a way to
unsubscribe. Please see the “Choice and Opt-out” section.
Service-related Announcements
We
will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it
is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily
