How can I join Beaker.com?

If you are interested in joining as a member, click  the “Register”  link on the home page and complete the registration form.  A confirmation message will be sent to the email provided.

Is there any cost to become a member?

No. Membership to Beaker is free.

 

What are the benefits of Membership?

What should I do if I forgot my password?

If you've forgotten the password you used when creating your account, click on the “Forgot Password” link at the top left corner of the home page.  Fill out the email address used when your account was created.  Upon validating the email address, the password will be sent to the email address provided.  You may also contact Technical Support at techsupport@beaker.com.

 

 

Does Beaker sell contact information to third parties?

No.  Beaker does not sell user contact information to third parties.  Please refer to Beaker’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use regarding use of contact information.

 

How do I cancel my membership? 

To cancel your account, click on the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the home page.  Click the Technical Support link to submit an email to techsupport@beaker.com.

Which browsers do you support?

Our site has been tested for use with Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari.  Please ensure you have the latest Flash Plug-In for your browser to ensure videos work properly.  We consider Internet Explorer our standard.

 

The site does not seem to be working properly.  What do I do?

Clear your cookies and temporary internet files through Tools, Internet Options on your browser.  Re-enter the site and login.  If you still experience problems, please send an email to techsupport@beaker.com.
